He is growing up too fast!

 

Declan LOVED his new green ball that our fellow counselors from Camp Enchantment helped us win at Hinkle. We were way impressed by his skills to hold on to that ball! And of course like everything else he tried to fit it in his mouth!

Bye Bye to Dr. Dan

Monday was a very sad day, we said good bye to Dr Dan, our chiropractor. His family is relocating to Oklanhoma to be close to family as they now have three little ones under the age of two! We wish them the best of luck!
And we do take Declan to the chiropractor as often as mommy goes. He really enjoys it and he likes Dr Dan too!

Water baby...X 3 and friends!

We are blessed to have such wonderful friends. Yesterday we were able to spend some great quality time with our friends and their little ones, but Declan's Uncle Ryan and Auntie Melissa were there as well! We had such a beautiful time! We spent the morning at West Mesa Aquatic Center, where Josh works, BEST POOL IN ALBUQUERQUE *hint, hint* And a Happy Belated 3 month birthday to Miss Harper!!!

Our good friends Matt and Jean were over the other night and we caught some great pictures of Declan just lounging with them before he went to sleep!

Runaway Bunny!

On the days that we are at home together, when Declan wakes up we read a book! The book we read on Sunday was "Runaway Bunny." It is an adorable book and Declan enjoyed it, but I think he enjoyed the cardboard more than he enjoyed the content!
This time daddy was around to catch it all on film!

Beautiful friend and bouncing baby boys!

Last week my friend Sheena was in town with her fiance, Tim, and their son Brayden. Brayden was born March 11th and is about 6 weeks younger than Declan.
Sheena and I were roommates at UNM my first and second year there. We had a blast together and became the best of friends. Unfortunately there for a while we lost touch, but with the realization that we were both about to add bouncing baby boys to our lives, we didn't miss a beat. God surely has a beautiful way of working!

Sweet Angel Isaac

I am writing this post in honor of a sweet little angel.  Today, August 2nd would have been your due date.  I am writing to you to let you know that you are loved. So loved, by people who never even met you. Isaac, your mother is one of the  strongest women I have ever met. She is a true and honest friend. She is a beautiful soul.
