Baby is the size of a mango! About 6 inches long and 8.5 ounces! Baby is also working on his/her five senses. All of those connections are developing in the brain. Also baby has developed a protective layer on his/her skin called vernix caseosa. Arms and legs are now in proportion to each other and to his/her body. Kidneys are making urine and baby is growing hair!
Jonathan and I have been so busy getting ready for the Breen/Tarasenko wedding that we didn't get a chance to finish this blog post! Can't believe we are almost halfway there! For those of you who are anxiously waiting to find out whether it is a boy or girl baby Maple, we find out September 9th. So look for a post around then!
